They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. Dr. Otaro is so gentle with the animals and supportive of my decisions with regards to following the new vaccination protocols. I switched to her after 15 years with another vet, and do not regret the decision to switch one bit! Her staff is kind and caring and very professional. Dr. Otaro herself even answers the phone and runs the desk when she is not busy with clients. The best vet experience I have ever had!

They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice.
