WEST PARK IS THE 'BEST" VET I HAVE EVER GONE TO. THEY ARE ALWAYS COMPASSIONATE AND VERY KIND. BEEN GOING HERE FOR 20+ YEARS. I WOULD NOT GO ANY WHERE ELSE. THEY KNOW MY DOG PERSONALLY AND TREAT HER LIKE WE DO. LIKE FAMILY. I WISH I COULD BE TREATED HERE INSTEAD OF SOME HUMAN DOCTORS. LOVE , LOVE ,LOVE MY VET. ESPECIALLY DR. KERI. SHE LITTERALLY SAVED MY DOGS LIFE WHEN SHE WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PYTHIUM. . THANK YOU TO ALL THE STAFF AT WEST PARK FOR BEING THE GREAT PEOPLE THAT YOU ALL ARE.

I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I will definitely refer my friends and family here. They were great and I think more people should know about them. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
