No, they would call sporadically but I never felt fully informed

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. The vets are very experienced. Merwin Memorial Free Clinic lives out of donations, not only from the vets who donate their free time to take care of the animals, but also from pet owners. I'd like to start a movement that could bring them more donations so that they could offer more services at a discounted price, such as blood work and x-rays.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. The chairs in their waiting room weren't the best but they served their purpose and I couldn't complain. My pet seemed pretty anxious to leave compared to other places we've been too. It would have been better if this veterinarian had just tried a little harder to be more compassionate. They almost always have a promotion or special going on. Whether its a complimentary consultation for new clients or a percent-off a certain service, I always get some sort of discount. They don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust.
