IMy second trip there in the past13 years. The first was in the 80's . When my husband brought her home from spaying . Theygave him the wrong cat !! Mine was black. The tabby in the crate matched almost my male. That was strike one. Sept 21 2013 I took my friends in so she could go to work. We had to be there between 8;30 and 9am. It was 8;30. The girl behind the desk seemed hung over. No vet in yet. She clearly stated to another woman . That he was bnot there yet go get a cup of coffee and come back. Strike 2 The poor kitten i took in at 3pm was not sspayed yet. When i dropped her off the girl put a sticky note on the carrier with a number 2 on it. Mind you the kittens last meal was thursday night at 8pm. She was not done until a bit after 4pm. All that time with out a drink or food. Strike 3. She was totally out of it when my girl friend picked her up. I had to tell her to leave her in a big crate with foos and water so, she don't hurt her self. Strike 4 was. When i took her in the girl asked if i wanted her ear tipped. When i asked what that was ? I was told they snip the ear in case they get lost, when found they will know it's spayed. Well i already giving up 1/2 a kitten and ya want to snip a slice of ear ? Then when the owner picked her up they told her that they had to treat her for a flea. The kitten had no flea. We checked her twice a week. I believe they charged her with out putting anything on the kitten. Why didn't they call the owner 1st to let her know. What if the kitten had a allergie to the medication. They never asked. I never seen or spoke to a vet there. I read all these reviews and they all look almost the same. Leads me to believe they wrote their own reviews from diffrent ip computer numbers. Never Again !!
