Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures?
Yes, I've never had to take my pets anywhere else
When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached?
Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me

The chairs in the waiting area are pretty average. Not super deluxe but not horribly uncomfortable either. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.

Absolutely not! I was seen right away!

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
