They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Unlike other veterinarians I've been too, I have never seen them appear overwhelmed by too many pets. They are extremely organized and make sure the vet has plenty of time to see each patient for as long as necessary. They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place.

Were the kennels and holding areas clean?
Absolutely, the kennels and holding areas were some of the cleanest I have ever seen

Thanks to their exceptional level of care that they always offer here my pets have enjoyed healthy and long lives. My pets have never been misdiagnosed and I strongly recommend them to anyone who loves their pets. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. Their staff is very friendly and professional. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is very friendly and professional. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home.

I have problem with my dog and other dogs... they even took the time to let her in the back door!!
