They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their office staff is very friendly and professional. The vet answers questions but doesn't go above and beyond like other vets I've been to. He does what he was asked and then you leave. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I feel like he is more of a 'farm vet' than a companion animal vet. My grandparent's dog is obese and he's never mentioned anything about her weight. While my grandparents like him I want their dog to have the best possible care, especailly in her old age.

Not at all, they are always so organized here with making sure the vet is never too overwhelmed to ensure the best service

The examining rooms at their office were absolutely disgusting. They smelled so bad that it scared my pet. Every time I've called and left a message, I've never heard back. It's extremely annoying. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. Their office was kind of gross. I was scared I was going to catch something from being in the office.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They always educate me on what's best for my pets and give me great advice on ways to help them live a long, healthy, and happy life. I'm thankful for all that they do. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.
