Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort

I used to take my dog to Dr.Miller some years ago till we moved out of the area.You can tell a lot about a Vet the way your pet responds to them and my dog adored Dr.Miller she almost enjoyed checkups just to see her best bud.I feel we always got
the best care at a reasonable rate. He gave us good advice when the lyme disease
vaccination came out saying if it was his dog he start them on it right away.Even though it was quite expensive at the time we trusted his advice.My mother inlaw's
vet never suggested it and her dog died from it.I only wish we lived closer to Waldorf so I could take our current dog to him.

I found Dr. Miller in 1997, and believe me, Dr. Jeff is the BEST!!! I drive all the way from Capitol Hill to see him because he is soooo GOOD!!! He and his staff always make an extra effort to make my Yorkies relaxed (and me too).. They always listen to every question or concern I have. They KNOW my name and face, and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. The staff is WONDERFUL; I just love this place. It's great how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. THANK you for all your years of GREAT service!

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. My pet hates going to the vet so I was very relieved that I was allowed to stay with my pet throughout the appointment. They really make an effort to make sure that the pets are comfortable and happy at all times, which in turn makes me very happy as well. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. The kennels and holding area for pets were so clean and spotless, I would recommend them for sure if you need to leave your pet for a few days. This veterinarian was extremely friendly, and paid attention to both me and my pet. They really made the extra effort to make us feel welcome and at home. Dr. Miller really cares about the pets he treats and I would recommend him highly. When we became "parents" of two puggle puppies, we read many reviews on line looking for a friendly and compassionate vet. Dr. Miller seemed to be what we were looking for and after many visits, we know we made the right decicision

They have a huge selection of medication available for pets and fully explain the benefits and possible side effects that each one presents. They also provide flea protection by the month, if you prefer to buy it that way. It's such a great place. They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Dr Jeff and his staff are GREAT

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time
