The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I go out of my way to go to dr cruz. having worked with her 15 years ago i know that she is a quality person and vet. She doesn't do any tests unless truly needed and always gives plenty of options. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
