We have gone to this Vet of over 10 years. I called to ask for an appointment as my dog leg was puffed up twice its size. I has waited over the weekend specifically to get the dog to his own vet. I was told they were booked and I could take the dog to the emergency room. Time to change Vets!!

This veterinarian was so incredibly compassionate when my pet was sick. They consoled me when I was upset and even gave me a hug. I have had pets all my life and have never found a veterinary office this good. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. My pets love it here and they are never anxious to leave (however it could be due to all the fun treats they get) . I will definitely recommend them to people I know. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
