Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

Always my go-to vet for horses (and sometimes my cat!). Best reproductive professional I've met.
Stays on top of of new processes & treatments; regularly attends annual conferences. Dr. Bob always explains all the risks and benefits of the treatment options.

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.
