Everyone in the office has been amazing with me and made me feel exceptionally well taken care of. I love how personable everyone is and Dr. Mangubat made everything very easy to understand and feel calm about with his matter of factness and honesty.

Sometimes I would be referred to with He/Him pronouns but I use They/Them. Options on survey are only male/female aliases. It would be nice to have gender neutral options

He is exceptionally Talented and a very nice to work with throughout the process and the staff was super nice. The staff was very easy to work with and very attentive to the very last detail. The Staff was Very comforting during the surgery and after to the point I wish I had them at home for my recovery.

The doctors are wonderful, they really make you feel like all of your questions and concerns are important. But bring a notebook with you when you come with any questions because it's easy to forget what you wanted to ask, and so you can write down what the doctors say, you can get a lot of information pretty quickly and lose a lot of it too.

I feel very satisfied with my experience overall. The staff is very knowledgeable, helpful, and easy to contact. The only issue I had was that I wish I had been told ahead of time that the oxycodone helps to relieve fever. I only took a half dose at first, hoping to avoid the stomach issues it causes, but developed a very bad fever for the first two days and did not realize til the two day mark that going up on the oxy would relieve the fever. All in all, Dr. Mangubat did an excellent job and I am glad I chose him as my surgeon.
