I had a Hair Transplant 11 months ago with Dr. Epstein. I chose Dr. Epstein because he did a friend of mine and he looks fantastic. Dr. Epstein is amazing and the staff at the office is very friendly and nice. They make you feel at home. I didn’t feel any pain and I was very relaxed with local anesthesia. The recovery process was very satisfactory, exactly how he told me, and it’s true that it starts to grow in about a month. I have a big, big, big area to work and to cover, but I feel very happy!

Everything went terrific with the hair graft procedure, from the staff being friendly and accommodating and on time, everything was explained in advance. It went exactly to expectation and it was a good experience. I was awake during the whole procedure and thought that it was an enjoyable experience. The service and professionalism definitely exceeded my expectations. I’m very happy!

My hair procedure was a wonderful experience. It’s not necessarily a great thing to go through surgery type things, but Dr. Epstein made everything pleasant. He cares about what he does, he did a great job, and his staff is great. I could say nothing bad about him at all. He was genuine and warm, and answered my phone calls and emails personally. He didn’t want to sell me any fairytales, which he didn’t, and ultimately it came out amazing. I look 10 years younger. I have no issues or problems. He wants to make sure that you’re happy with what you get, so there’s no doubt about me recommending him.

He is definitely one of the most reputable surgeons in the world in the area of Hair Transplants. The second is patient care, and basically patient management, which he and his team do a very good job of. And third is expertise; he has done this for many, many years and operated on hundreds and hundreds of patients. I feel that the quality of work is higher in his office.
