They have no regard to even make appointments with your schedule. It has been a constant fight with them about getting appointments on my days off. And when I tell them I have to be back to my town so ican be to work they drag their feet and take their time. They are supposed to be non judgmental yet as soon as my boyfriend walked in for the sessions they done nothing but judge him and not take into factor that half the testing hey are having him do was already done 8 months ago when he was released from probation. The director was very rude and unmannored. He and his staff are very unprofessional and are setting up the clients to fail. If they don't like you when you first come in their office you are doomed to fail any test given NY them

If you are a sexual offender that wants help, this is the place to go. If you are a sexual offender who wants to continue victimizing children, then you will give this agency a 1 or 2 star rating and bash them as all the previous sex offenders here have done. For all the 1 to 2 star raters, admit you are attracted to children and will continue to sexually abuse them every chance you get until you admit your problem and seek the help you desperately need.

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. WARNING, Steve Jensen and his staff at CBI will destroy your life, your family, and in many cases your freedome. This business puffers and lies in their onservations and treatment recomendations. If you are referred to this place by DHS or any law enforcement agency for an evaluation decline the invitation, for you and your families safety. The director is childish, appears to have anger problems and needs to seek professional help for himself before he can ever treat or evaluate anyone. And if you are a gay man, he will tear you apart and make you look like a demon. This business has a history of being overzealous.. DHS and child welfare intentionally send families to CBI for assistance in evaluating your child welfare case. CBI is in the pocket of DHS, CPS, and law enforcement. If you go their thinking your going to get help and or an evaluation that will help you, you will be seriously abused mentally, and verbally. Steve Jensen will destroy you, and everyone you love. I left the appointment feeling worse than when I went in. I was not satisfied with their services. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I felt ignored. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.
