I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable.

I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They seemed stuck in the past. I was nervous about being exposed to archaic treatment methods. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
