My appointments have been cancelled at the last minute before. Usually, I don't have to wait a long time but once I had to wait for over an hour. My RX's have been incorrect a few times and it took me several days to get the problem rectified. I visited the practice and got the wrong disage of a medication, (a weaker strength, half the potency so I have to take 2). I have a call in to them, but am not sure if my problem will be addressed.

The absolute WORST problem is the phone system. It is usually virtually impossible to contact the White Marsh office. When I finally get thru, I am either cut off or put on hold for extended periods of time.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I know they care about me and what I have to say. They had a few different appointment times available but it's pretty hard to get an appointment if you don't schedule your next appointment when you're there.
