They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
