They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. All the staff is friendly and loves animals.Their prices are most reasonable. Finally, Dr. Moody is an expert, and my dogs are at ease with him.:)
