We brought our little Dachshund in who was in his final hours. The staff was very helpful in making his remaining time very peaceful and help him pass without pain at home.

I am glad this was not my first visit to the emergency hospital because if it had been I would probably take my chances with my pet to wait for their doctor. Since this wasn't my first experience here I do know there are other doctors on staff that do take the time to thoroughly examine your pet and talk with the concerned pet owner. The doctor that saw my dachshund with a back injury was not very friendly or informative. The assistants were very friendly and much more informative. The assistant is the person that told me the doctors name. Doctor Williams never once introduced herself. I called the next morning to check on my pet and the assistant told me her condition the doctor never spoke to me again after her initial exam. I picked up my Heidi on Sunday took her to our wonderful vet at the Auburn Vet Clinic the prognosis is good.

While we were out of town our 18 year old cat had to be taken in on a Saturday for an emergency. She was in bad shape, and without prompt and continuous care she would have passed before we got back to see her. They did a great job of explaining things to our children and their grandmother, being very realistic, and displaying genuine care and empathy.

Without their help our beloved pet would never have hung on for us to say goodbye before she passed. For that, I am forever grateful.
