They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.

Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. There is some hold time but not to extremely long. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started pretty close to the time that it was set up for and the wait was no longer than ten minutes..

I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience,
and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room.
