Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible

The veterinarian and friendly staff educated me on what I could do better to help keep my pets healthy and happy and really stressed the importance of taking care of my pets teeth. I left with a better understanding of proper pet health and found their recommendations to be incredibly helpful. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. When I first opened the door to their office, I noticed a faint but distinctly foul odor. It wasn't unbearable, but it definitely wasn't enjoyable. I have complete confidence in their ability to successfully diagnose and treat my pet with any ailment they might have. They've handled everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care.

I have a black lab and two cats. I took my female cat to be fixed almost 3yrs ago, and being a first time pet owner they were very helpful. Not only was the price unbeatable, but they gave me reassurance about my pets well-being. I am defintely a life long client..Thanks For Everything AAA..

I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
