Yes, It was extremely convenient and well kept

Yes, they went above and beyond

Unbelievabley gentle, it is very apparant they truly care about pets well-being and comfort
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
Absolutely! I was never asked to leave and stayed with my pet the whole time

This place killed my dog from a neutering! They wouldn't amount up to their wrong doing and practically pushed us out the door! They had 24 other clients for the same surgery, don't you think thats too much? They took 5 seconds just to clean out the cage from the dog before him because they had no others that were big enough for him (he was a black lab). When they told us the news, it appeared as though they had 0 empathy for us. If they force you to leave your pet behind after a neutering to see if something goes wrong, why don't they have someone have a night shift? They can't tell if something goes wrong when no one is there, I could take better care of my pet at home. He died thinking we betrayed him when we left him there, he died in a cage, and he was starving. My poor baby suffered and do they care? NO THEY DON'T. When they told us, they asked to take our car around back and take him that way. They didn't want us showing their other customers that they killed a dog on their behalf. I promise to never come back to this place for ANYTHING no matter the cost or how cheap it is! I would rate this place 0 stars but apparently that's not acceptable. Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency
