I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. One thing I did enjoy was the waiting room chairs. They were comfortable and I didn't mind waiting in them for the appointment. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.
