I went in with an extremely sick dog. Dr. Abermathy went out of his way to explain my Dogs illness. He understood how attached I was to my Dog. After three days of hospitalization my pet required shots and bloodwork two times a day and Dr. Abernathy was available for the care of my dog every day, and some very late hours and weekends.
I have raised many dogs both my own and rescued pets, over the last 25 years. I have worked with vets in Colorado, Connecticut and now here in Rio Rancho over the last 3 and a half years at Sunrise Vet. Clinic. Dr. Abernathy is by far the most approachable, compassionate and has such an extensive knowledge of animals which he openly shares with you.
I highly recommend Dr. George Abernathy and the Sunrise Veterinary Technical Staff and Office Folks...The entire team are wonderful and work very hard to take great care of your pets.

You may have to wait a little longer when you get in the door, but I would not want my beloved pet in any one else's hands ever!

No, there is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours
