Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Did this veterinarian seem overwhelmed with too many pets?
No, he/she seemed very calm and not in a rush to see the next pet
Did this provider have reasonable prices?
They were decent, but not very affordable
Is this provider easy to reach in an emergency?
Somewhat, they eventually called me back
Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment?
Not really. I had to schedule an appointment for most of my questions.
