We are from Florida and come here in the summer. We have five dogs and take all of them here. Dr. Allred is a wonderful vet. Even came in after hours when we found a poor wounded dog in our yard to take care of here. They are very reasonable compared to what we pay in Orlando. Can't find a better vet that Dr. Allred.

They are nice people, seem to be good with animals, have a large waiting room but I will not return again. Plus, it felt creepy and though it didn't smell, it didn't seem very clean. They also stack animals up in their carriers in a dark hallway, one on top of the other, sick animals next to healthy ones in their respective cages. No wonder my cat got a virus there! The first time, the vet misdiagnosed my cat.. didn't bother to fully examine which led to an even bigger problem not to mention the virus that was contracted in the office! We went back again a week later where the 2nd vet also flubbed. Both have a good reputation but I can't imagine why. Overall, due to their negligence and ineptitude, my cat almost died. I had to find another more competent vet and spent well over $500 trying to find a fix for my cat's health issues, which I'm still dealing with a month later, thanks to the first two who only made matters worse.. not better. I do NOT recommend this clinic.

Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. It was nice to be able to make jokes with the staff and to have enough help and attention with my animal. The vet techs are wonderful with the animals and they can always make you feel at home! They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. They compromise with you money wise and are very good about making sure they are affordable. I love this place!
