I HAVE BEEN A PATIENT HERE FOR OVER 7 YEARS AND THE WAY THE PROGRAM IS DESIGNED, I NEVER HAD THE SAME DR. MORE THEN 2 YEARS. ALTHOUGH MY CURRENT DR. IS IS GREAT AND SEEMS GENUINELY CONCERNED FOR HIS PATIENTS, I CANT SAY THE SAME FOR SOME OF THE PREVIOUS ONES.THE SUPPORT STAFF HERE IS GREAT.MY BIGGEST COMPLAINT IS THAT YOU NEVER CAN GET HOLD OF YOUR DR. WHEN YOU NEED TO. I REALISE THAT THEY ARE INTERNS TRAINING WHILE TREATING PATIENTS SO THEY CANT BE EXPECTED TO BE THERE DURING ALL BUSINESS HOURS BUT THERE HAVE BEEN TO MANY OCCASIONS THAT EITHER THE MESSAGE I LEFT TO CONTACT ME BACK NEVER REACHED THE DR. OR ???I FEAR THIS IN TIMES OF AN EMERGENCY BECAUSE THE ONLY OTHER OPTION IS THE E.R.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. The office was easy enough to find. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my
entire day.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary
