I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. The staff here is somewhat friendly. They don't go out of their way, but they are nice enough. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. It's so refreshing to find a vet that isn't always overwhelmed by too many pets. They are able to spend as much time with you as you need and are never rushed off to see another pet. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.

Were the examining rooms clean and free of odor?
Absolutely not, they were disgusting and smelled so bad!
Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call?
All the time! I think I got a gray hair while I was waiting
Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
Yes, I was in agony!

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. Their equipment was very advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
