Andrea, the vet was so compassionate not only to our family pet, our cat, but also to us as we walked down the path of finding out our cat was diabetic. Unfortunately our cat was resistant to the different types of insulin and not responsive to it after a month. My family and I went in to say goodbye to a cat we loved so much and her compassion to us we so heart touching. I would definately recommend her.

Yes, they were immaculate.
Was the personalities of the staff well suited to a holistic approach to care?
The entire staff were so well suited to a holistic approach. I felt completely at ease.

Always, there's no fear of your pet going hungry or thirsty here. They have bowls all over the office.

They have gone out of their way to help me with my cats and understand that they are not just pets but mine and my husbands family. My one cat recently passed away from Cancer and they gave us all the time we needed with her body and promtly called me back to answer the questions I had even weeks later. We moved a year ago and although there are now vets much closer we still will only go here unless it is a middle of the night or holiday emergency.

Absolutely Not

No, I had to take my pets somewhere else

Absolutely not!! They never listen to customers complaints and argue with them

Definitely not! It was obvious they just wanted to make money!

No, I left confused and frustrated
Did this provider use excessive foul language?
Yes! It was very unprofessional!
Did the veterinarian allow you to stay with your pet at all times?
No! They took my terrified pet to a different room and wouldn't allow me go
Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs?
Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help
Is this provider's business conveniently located?
Not at all, its out in the boondocks
