Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Yes! He/she took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked.The staff here goes above and beyond to make my pet and me feel at home. They are the friendliest people! Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here.
