I was treated rudely and won't return. I was acknowledged when I went in and stood in line and then when I got to counter I was ignored. Another women came in a bit later walked in front of me and signed a sheet, that I did not see. I informed the young man of my mistake he turned the sign around and read it to me and then proceeded to call the women who came in long after me. Has this world become so inflexible that they can not allow for a first time client not knowing the procedure. I can't deal with people so important.

Yes, they called right on time

Today I had to have my 13 1/2 yr old Maltese put to rest due to illness. I drove from Orlando to Palatka to go to Crill and Palm. Dr. Nelson was so attentive and explained everything with the bedside manner of the finest physician for anyone. Brent was so caring and the nurse asst to Dr. Nelson was as heartfelt with emotion as we were. I highly recommend Crill and Palm. Even in tuff times, they make you feel that your pet is as special to them as to you. Gentle, Caring and Loving. Vet Hospital with a tender touch to both the pet and family.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, no one seemed to notice I was there

I have been using Crill & Palm Vet Hospital for years. The staff is wonderful! They are friendly, helpful, compassionate, thorough... I cannot give them enough compliments. They have helped me through several crises with my pets, and when it was time to put our aging dog down after a stroke, they were so very compassionate, understanding, and kind. I feel that they consistently go above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend this vet hospital to anyone with pets.
