I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. The examining rooms at their office were clean and free of odor. I can tell they really strive to keep their office looking and smelling nice. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. This veterinarian is so great about sending reminders for pets annual exams and thanks to them I have never forgotten once. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Whatever cologne they were wearing was one of the best I've ever smelled. It made my experience that much more enjoyable.

They take walk-ins for nail trims! If you're a full-time client they'll do nails for free but I've been using Carlton forever and am very happy with them.
