I was very satisfied with my visit. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. I had to wait a very long while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be. They didn't offer any food or water, but I didn't ask either.

The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. One of the first things I noticed when I came in for my appointment here was that the building was not handicap-accessible. I didn't see any ramps or wheelchair accessibility, which seemed kind of strange to me. They weren't horribly inexperienced, but I was hoping for someone with more experience. I wasn't sure they'd be able to help me. One area of improvement could be keeping their kennels and holding areas a little cleaner, I wasn't overly impressed. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them.

Absolutely I learned so much and received great information on ways to improve my pet's health
