Plain and simple, I will not be returning to this hospital for the fact that I do not want to support Dr. Dodson. I recommend taking your pet some place else, this man is very condescending to his clients and also treats his long term staff horribly. Its very sad to see.

Every time they left the room, the staff would immediately begin complaining about how much they disliked working there. It made me nervous, and I didn't go back. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all. We waited over an hour after we were seated in the room.The doctor was very rude and unprofessional. He kicked my dog front of me. I never will go back there. My dog was bleeding from his mouth because of him.

They are WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked and not always that pleasant. I've never been in there when the waiting rooms weren't packed with a bunch of very aggravated people. Dr. Dodson can be argumentative and becomes angry very easily. I was treated terribly by Dr. Dodson. He is very arrogant and rude. Also i would like to note that I was horrified at how badly Dr. Dodson treated his staff members. I felt so bad for all of them. It made me lose a lot of respect for him. I will not be going back.

Yes, they were spotless

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

No, there was no annoying music
Was this veterinarian compassionate when your pet was sick?
Not really, they didn't really seem to care that much.

They were decent, but not very affordable

Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. I also appreciate that they don't seem to rob you...the fees are very reasonable.
