They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you.

The staff is great. Not only were they able to provide emergency care, but did so without the emergency room fees that other places charge for after hour care. Blood transfusion for my kitty was done on site by one of their wonderful donor kittys, something non of the other vets in this area could provide.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. The vets and staff here were so nice and helpful; I have already told my loved ones that they should start coming here. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to.
