He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only patient.

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. All of the office staff are really friendly and inviting! Lana Scott, one of the techs goes out of her way to help the animals feel comfortable. She goes the extra mile to make our cats feel safe and secure. Dr. Bratt is an exceptional vet, I would trust him with any kind of animal! We highly recommend him!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.
