I felt very safe in Dr. Furness's care. I definitely trust him. He made the effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The waiting area is rather small, but there has never been more than one other pet waiting. When I left the office I had a very clear understanding of my pet's condition. I can tell that it is important to him to make sure all of their clients never leave feeling confused.

Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance. Whenever I have to go out of town I always use this animal hospitals boarding facility. My pet is always so well taken care of and gets so much love and attention from all of the staff. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Wow is all I can say about them. I have seen some vets become callused and unemotional but you will not find that here. The veterinarian and staff are extremely friendly and treat pets as if they are a part of the family. I could really tell how much they love animals. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want.

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I was pleased that they were able to answer all of my questions. I left feeling very informed about pet care.
