I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on.

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

I recently moved to Hawaii and found that they had strict regulations on animals being shipped there. Some of the requirements were confusing to me. I wasn't sure what all needed to be done in order for my dog to be shipped here. They found out exactly what we needed to do. It was a huge help. They really went out of their way to help us.
