I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting.
I was there at one appt and the the receptionists were bickering among themselves. They were oblivious to my standing there to pay. It was annoying and embarassing. It was very umprofessional. This vet's office is one of the cheapest in the area. The vet is good, but he has zippo social skills and seems like he drags through each visit. He is pleasant enough, but has NO personality.

Wilbraham Animal Hospital is a well organized very well run facility with a friendly, well trained staff.
My dogs receive up to date care from a Doctor Rowe who is well versed in all the needs we have and my dogs and myself feel comfortable and safe in his care,
I would not hesitate to recommend in to anyone
