If Dr. Kordon's specialty has helped you and your pets, then I wish you continued health and success. I have been aware and have experimented with holistic medicine for many years. It pains me to admit that after my experience in this office I have now turned skeptical of some people who claim to be healers (and skeptical of the Bicom). I’m sorry to say that I believe Dr. Kordon misdiagnosed my pet. I originally came to her with a health concern and she led me to believe my pet was ok. Well, in between office appointments my pet passed away. Of course I am not blaming Dr. Kordon for this. Where I felt betrayed was that after believing all she had to say and after spending many hours together, when she heard that my pet had passed, she didn't show any interest or compassion by calling me to ask what happened. Maybe she has spiritual reasons for this that is unknown to me. However, at the time it seemed like all that mattered was the money I handed over month after month. I understand that Dr. Kordon is very busy, but I would think at some point this Vet professionally would be curious to find out why or how one of her patients died, and find time to either call, write or email the owner. I do appreciate her attempt to bring vet-care to the next level (the reason for the one star). This Vet and office has interesting thoughts and ideas, but please don't disregard conventional medicine entirely, especially if you have an older pet or one with a health concern. If you are Dr. Kordon or her staff reading this, perhaps my disappointment will enlighten you to create better public relations and will encourage more empathy on your part the next time you have a grieving pet owner. There may be more significant reasons people don’t come back to visit you besides no longer having a pet!

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

Never, they are very reliable.
