The staff is always friendly, they do a great job answering all the questions we have everytime we go. My dog loves to go and see them.

I highly recommend Parkway Animal Hospital for your pet health needs. The three doctors are all very kind and patient and take the time to answer your questions. Whether emergency care is needed or just an annual exam, you can feel confident that your pet is going to receive excellent care and follow up.

Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. I felt absolutely at ease leaving my pet here- everything is brand-new and top of the line. Their equipment is all the most advanced, so I knew my pet would be getting top of the line treatment. They are an absolute expert in the fieJld. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were so informative, and thoroughly answered every single question I had regarding pet care. I left feeling like I really learned a lot.

When your pet had to stay in overnight care did this veterinarian call you with follow-ups when they promised they would?
Absolutely, they usually call more times than they say they promised. I was fully informed the whole time.
Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office?
Not at all! I've never seen my pet so calm. They really have a gift with animals here.

The staff and veterinarian were completely unhelpful when it came to any advice on what I could be doing to keep my pet healthy and happy, they're supposed to be the experts I thought. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me. We had to take our female pommie in and were called back that she needed to be put down due to kidney failure. We advised we wanted to come back tosee her, the vet advised that it was after business hours and that she had to get a rent-a- car and we would not be able to see her. we did have her put down and picked her up the following day. I will not bring my other pets back there again after this ! Very unprofessional!

Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
