I thought the vet's at Haire were good. They helped my dog with getting on proper medication for seizures and gave the dog all the shots she needed. She has had far fewer seizures since seeing them. At that time I was happy with them. It wasn't until I had to call the office staff for a refill that I became upset. The person who answers the phone was not able to help at all. She was even incapable of looking up the pharmacy phone number and insisted I do it and call her back even though I was driving with my two kids in the car and couldn't get it at that moment. I called back and gave her the info. She said she'd give the vet a note. I asked if she could ask him to please add some refills so I would not have to call back. She refused to even ask him for me even though when I visited the vet I specifically asked him if I needed to bring the dog back for blood tests and he told me not for several months unless there were problems. I asked if she could let me know when the prescription was called in and she said no I'd have to call the pharmacy. I called the pharmacy the next day and it was not called in yet so I called back and asked her again. She said the vet had a note and he'd get to it when he gets to it. I told her she could work on her customer service skills because she seemed to not want to help me. She called me hateful. I will not go back. Now my epileptic dog has started having seizures because the unhelpful receptionist doesn't want to do anything at all extra to help me out. Like the vet but the CS has finished it for me.

My wife and I are new dog owners and they've been great with letting us know when shots are due, etc. Great to deal with and when they neutered our dog he recovered just as we were told and we were VERY pleasantly surprised at the price.

I was amazed at how wonderfully they treated each of their staff members. They were so appreciative and thankful. I've never seen any employer treat their staff better, and it made me want to come back that much more. They had some of the best pricing I have ever seen. It even seemed to be a little under what other veterinarians in the area charge, so needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had
