They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable.
