I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I was pleased with the good condition of their equipment. Everything seemed safe and current, and I knew my pet was in good hands.

They never take that extra step to make me feel special. I haven't ever felt that they care enough to get to know me and that I'm almost an irritation. You should possibly consider another veterinarian if after-hour emergency services are important to you. There is no way to reach this vet if it is after business hours and you will be forced to go to an emergency animal hospital, which is costly and annoying. The Woman that work there are VERY RUDE!!!

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. I'm sure it's no surprise that my pet hates going to the vet, but what a relief to find an animal hospital that is so dedicated to making your pets experience as pleasant as possible. They never separate you from your pet and I was able to stay within "save me" range the whole time. No taking pets behind closed doors like other places I've been too. Their office was extremely loud, I felt like I was going to go deaf. I couldn't hear anything that anyone was saying over the blaring noise. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most.
