I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. They explained all the risks and benefits of treatment options for my cat, and the staff all really love animals. The only thing I do not like is that they don't offer emergency after-hour services, which is frustrating because in an emergency I want to be able to see someone I trust and who will not price gouge me like The Hope Center does.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I can always count on this veterinarian to be there for me, whether it is to answer a late night phone call or come in for an after-hour emergency. Their dedication to their clients is unparalled to any other vet I've been to.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.

As a first time dog/pet owner they explained everything to me about owning a puppy and even offered for me to come in before I got a dog to explain expectations. The vet was a wonderful!!!

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special.
