I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications. They did not fully explain my pet's condition to me. I left frustrated and confused. Their pricing seemed to me to be a little overpriced. I just don't see how some of these simple procedures could cost so much. I was treated terribly. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. I couldn't believe how insensitive they were when my pet was sick. My veterinarian didn't even seem to care that I was upset and it just made the experience that much worse.

How dare you treat a family the way you did my husband and I about putting our sweet Daisy down. Yes she was VERY old but you have no idea how the dog was acting till you saw her today. Until last week she was up and walking......eating and having snacks. The swelling in her leg started on Saturday evening. So HOW DARE YOU of acting like you did to us. She is/was a beloved part of our family.........I don’t know about you but I couldn’t take my mother to be PUT DOWN so this was no easier decision either.

It was unbelievable how gentle this vet was with my pet and it really helped my pet feel at ease. It's very apparent that they truly care about us and our pets and that this is not a job for them, but their passion and purpose. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them. They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
