I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating.This person should not be in medicine, especially pain management, as he had obvious disdain for me, a patient seeking medical help. I was sent away without any treatment - though he kept a bundle of my cash as a self-pay patient at that time. The PA had already indicated that steroids would help me but I left with nothing but a much lighter bank account. The details below are worth your time reading. I had previously tried a lot of medicines which were rough on my stomach and caused more issues than they solved. Because of this I did not want narcotics but he refused to treat me anyway as I was self-pay. He made horrible assumptions when I was completely upfront and brought my records from my previous, board certified pain management doctor. He kept a significant amount of money as he turned me out of his practice! Even worse I was mortified and humiliated to be treated in a way no doctor has ever treated me. At the time I did not have insurance or Medicaid that he could charge for thousands of dollars so he refused to see me. Please know that you may be shown the door and he will still keep a significant chunk of your money. As I stated that I did not want narcotics as they had been problematic before I can only assume that I was refused as a patient because he did not see significant financial benefit for himself. Beware - he does not take pain treatment as an ethical issue as a doctor should. He is here for the money.

I went to see them last week for chronic pain following hernia surgery. The staff was very helpful and friendly, willing to take the time to answer all my questions and eventually set up a treatment regimen to be performed at the hospital the following week.

I called that Friday to set up an appointment and had a few dates that were made available to me but had to confirm that my ride home would be available. When I called back 10 minutes later at 4:05 everyone had apparently left.

I then left a message with the nurse and called back the following Monday.

I was then told that everything was booked and the earliest they could schedule me was three weeks later for a simple shot that was marked ASAP on the order form by the doctor when the previous Friday I was able to choose between appointments on Tuesday and Thursday. I left another message for the nurse of the doctor I saw at the pain clinic and they still didn't call me back. I also called the doctor that referred me to the pain clinic and they said there was nothing they could do.

I will not be doing business with these people again as they will not return my phone calls nor explain how a treatment that was requested ASAP couldn't be booked for three weeks. I feel like I was both mislead and overlooked.
