Could not fill in star section, but give a 5 on all counts ! Provider Dr. James Miller took his time reviewing my hx, Did a good check-up , and provided me 2 scripts to take for my bronchial problem. A great experience over-all, and I'm thoroughly satisfied with the Eagle staff, and my care by them.

I came in because my right leg was swolllen from the knee down to my ankle. I was sent to the triage and the Dr. there said I had to go to the E.R. and get a doppler whch I did and the E.R. said I had a Baker's Cyst. I was very impressed from the beginning when I signed in to when I saw the Dr. in the triage section.

I saw Dr. Miller and he was great. I had a terrible sinus infection, which I am still getting over. I am coughing up and blowing out mess still but hopefully by Thursday when I take my last pill of my zpak I will be much better. Thanks for being open of Saturday and Sunday to help keep us well.

I visited this facility for an urgent condition. I was checked in promptly and was seen by a doctor at a reasonably time. Waiting for x- rays took the most time of the visit, but once in the x-ray room, the technician was very pleasant and considerate of my condition masking me feel well taken care of. I highly recommend this facility.

I was unable to walk up and down steps, and my knee area was hurting badly. I went to the Eagle Urgent Care on Sunday, and the staff was awesome...so friendly and helpful! My doctor was Dr. Alvin J. Lue. He was immediately on top of the situation. He determined immediately that it was not my knee, but I have pulled hamstring muscles. He gave me a prescription for Naproxen; showed me 3 exercises to perform twice daily followed by 20 min. ice packs; wrote a note to the pharmacist describing the knee brace I need for support. All of the staff was professional, caring and efficient! The facility was spotless; I waited only about 5 minutes in the waiting room. My entire experience was excellent. My regular doctor is Dr. Wm. Randall Harris at Eagle at Triad; he has been my doctor for about 25 years. He is the most caring, humble and attentive doctor I have ever had, and I am 70 years old. He has been excellent in my care and treatment throughout my years as his patient. The Eagle Practice simply cannot be excelled in every service provision that I have experienced.

Great. I was there for an injured hand. The x-rays ant treatment were done quickly. I was in and out in well under an hour. The brace has worked well and there is very little discomfort after four days.
