They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I thought their pricing was very fair. I have been to other places that charge an arm and a leg and I was happy to see that they weren't one of them. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I was extremely satisfied with how smoothly my pet's appointment went and how helpful the vet was. It really went well. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. Not only did I find a parking spot right away, but I knew my car was safe because the spots were designated and close to the entrance.
