y sister took her young beagle mix to get fixed...the dog DIED on the table..a young healthy vibrant dog ... my sister and her husband have taken their dogs there for 4 years for everything .... for this surgery ...they were not told that the usual vet would be doing the case.... then when they called to tell them that she had died...they were treated like a number as if they had never even been there. this has been devastating for my sister, who loved that dog and took her in as a stray ..... they feel like they have been cast aside and treated as if they are not allllllll that important... that dog was important to them. its despicable.
